Roland has worked in the food industry for 40 years. He spent almost 30 years in restaurants and enjoys his newly found home in corporate dining. Roland was classically trained at Johnson & Wales University but enjoys cooking many styles of cuisine. He loves cooking for friends and family. Roland is an avid fresh and saltwater fisherman and always looks forward to cooking the day's catch. He has been with NEXDINE Hospitality for a little over a year and looks forward to many more.
